Our story
Our company was born when a little girl split her chin open...
Our founding team first started coming together when Dr. Corey Fish helped take care of a little girl who got a nasty gash on her chin and needed stitches.
Holding that girl who was crying and in pain was a father experiencing his first emergency care experience with any of his kids. That father was a serial entrepreneur and was so moved by the thoughtful care he received, he knew it would be his most important work to help provide that same quality of care to all kids.
All four of our founders care deeply for little ones and are parents or are the best uncles/aunties around. We’ve committed ourselves to building a pediatric healthcare company that puts the highest quality of care as our number one priority. We’ve committed our company to never prioritize profits over quality of care. We know how important it is to make sure our children are healthy, well and able to grow into their best selves. Having your trust to carry that responsibility is an honor and a privilege we don't take lightly.
—Darius Monsef, CEO & Co-Founder
Our Leadership
We bring our own kids to Brave Care, so we know first hand how important thoughtful, high quality and compassionate care is for little kids. We also know what it’s like to be a parent that is worried and confused about what’s going on with the little people we care most about. It is from this place of deep empathy that we build the future of pediatric care we know our, and all kids deserve.
