 Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. This helps to ensure we can maximize the amount of time our providers and care team can spend with you and your family.  

When should I arrive for my appointment? 

Give our clinic a call and let us know you are running late. Patients who arrive more than 10 minutes after their appointment time may be moved to a walk-in visit status, or rescheduled. 

 I’m going to be late, what should I do? 

In an effort to provide the best care and experience to all of our patients, Brave Care allows for a 10 minute grace period for all appointment types.  For patients who arrive more than 10 minutes after their appointment time Brave Care may need to adjust the scope of care received during the visit, move the appointment to a walk-in status, or reschedule the appointment to another time.
